Coventry Youth Football & Cheer (CYFO) a non-profit organization serving the community of Owen J. Roberts School District. We are a grade based youth football and cheer organization offering programs for KIndergarten through 6th grade.

CYFO was established in 2008 when there was a need to focus on grade/age based football and no other unweighted football programs were available in our community. This led Coventry, Boyertown, Spring-Ford and Upper Perk to join together and form the Inter County Football League (ICFL).

In 2008, Coventry started with just 3 tackle teams and 8 cheerleaders. In 2023, Coventry had 3 flag teams, 7 tackle teams and 99 cheerleaders! We are the only feeder program in OJR.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young athletes can develop their skills, character, and confidence through participation in football and cheerleading. We are dedicated to teaching the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance, while promoting healthy competition and a love for the game. Through our programs, we aim to empower youth to reach their full potential both on and off the field, instilling lifelong lessons of discipline, leadership, and community engagement.

CYFO welcomes children with special needs into our programs when reasonable accommodations can be made. Please identify any health concerns or special needs your child may have when registering so that we can determine together what accommodations your child may need to be successfully included.

Registration opens March 1st for returning families and on March 8th for new families.
