August 4th Week: Practices Begin Tackle (Mandatory Tackle Conditioning, see league email for additional details)

August 11th: Practices Begin Cheer & Flag (see league sent email for additional details)

August 23rd-24th: Summer Brawl (league wide scrimmage) for tackle teams. All tackle teams will be participating in the Summer Brawl.

Week of August 25th: Practices will be Tuesday thru Thursday from 6-8pm for tackle players. Practices will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm for flag players. Cheer practices will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30pm for the Red and White Squads, and 6-8pm for the Silver Squad. The foregoing days and times will be the practice schedule for the remainder of the season unless otherwise changed by the coaching staffs. Game jerseys, cheer uniforms, and flag uniforms will be distributed this week.

ICFL Cheer-off: November 15th

Football players and Cheerleaders are encouraged to wear their game jerseys and cheer uniforms to school with pride on Fridays during the season.
