Coventry Youth Football & Cheer Organization (CYFO) is a non-profit organization serving the community of Owen J. Roberts School District. We are a grade based youth football and cheer organization offering programs for Kindergarten through 6th grade.

CYFO was established in 2008 when there was a need to focus on grade/age based football and no other unweighted football programs were available in our community. This led Coventry, Boyertown, Spring-Ford and Upper Perk to join together and form the Inter County Football League (ICFL).

In 2008, Coventry started with just 3 tackle teams and 8 cheerleaders. In 2023, Coventry had 3 flag teams, 7 tackle teams and 99 cheerleaders! We are the only feeder program in OJR.

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young athletes can develop their skills, character, and confidence through participation in football and cheerleading. We are dedicated to teaching the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance, while promoting healthy competition and a love for the game. Through our programs, we aim to empower youth to reach their full potential both on and off the field, instilling lifelong lessons of discipline, leadership, and community engagement.

For the 2025 season, we are introducing the Challenger League as part of the Inter County Football League (ICFL) for students K through 12th. This inclusive league is designed to give every child the opportunity to play and enjoy the beautiful game of football in a supportive and empowering environment. It’s all about fun, teamwork, and building confidence, regardless of ability.

Registration opens March 1st and closes on June 1st.
